Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

You may return or exchange your jewellery item within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • It must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order receipt, invoice, etc.).
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, certificates, or documents that came with it.

Refund Process

If you wish to receive a refund for your jewellery item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team using the above form to initiate the return process
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any proof of purchase.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Replacement Process

If you would like to exchange your jewellery item for a different item of equal or lesser value, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team using the above form to initiate the exchange process.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any proof of purchase.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you to confirm the availability of the desired replacement item.
  • If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If it's of equal value, no additional charges or refunds will be necessary.

Shipping Costs of Returns

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for returns or exchanges.
  • In cases of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
